<p>Preparation</p>
<p>Fry the onions and once they are done set them aside. Add a little of oil, half a pinch of chili pepper or cayenne, pepper or ginger. Mix well and add water.</p>
<p>Cook the chopped cook in water with the lemon juice. Add it to the onion and simmer until it is cooked.</p>

3 lbs of chicken<br />
Flour<br />
1 tbsp of oil<br />
3 onions<br />
1 ripe tomato<br />
4 green peppers<br />
1 glass of white wine</p>
<p>Preparation</p>
<p>Chop the chicken, season them and pass them though flour. Fry them over strong flame in 1 tbsp of oil Remove them and set them aside.</p>
<p>Heat the oil in a saucepan and saute the 3 onions. Once they begin browning, add a ripe tomato and then 4 soaked peppers.</p>
<p>After 30 minutes, add a glass of white wine and cook for another 10 minutes. Process and add the sauce.</p>
<p>Then place the pieces of chicken in the sauce and cover with the beef broth. Simmer until it is well done. Add the broth depending of how fast it boils dry.</p>
